Empowering independent lives, with care you can trust

There’s a real difference between simply getting through each day and living a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Everything we do starts with listening, we take time to understand what matters most to you, then work towards them goals with freedom and ease. Support is flexible, friendly and focused on you.

Our role is to support and build confidence, giving you freedom to explore with the reassurance that trusted, specialist support is always there when you need it.

How we support…

Personal support

Our support is built around you, your goals, routines, and what matters most. We offer flexible, personalised support delivered with dignity and respect.

As you grow in confidence or your preferences change, our support can grow and change with them, helping you live your best life, independently while feeling supported, safe, and empowered to accomplish your goals.

One-to-one support

Our one-to-one support is all about you, helping you feel confident, included, and supported in the everyday. We work alongside you to build routines that feel right, develop new skills or help you maintain your current happy lifestyle.

Whether its visiting local community groups, social outings or just help with organising the weekly shop we are here to help.

Everyday life skills

We support you with everyday tasks that help you live more independently. This might include managing your daily routine, preparing meals, looking after your home, or planning your day in a way that works for you.

By working alongside you and taking things step by step, we help you develop skills at your own pace, build confidence over time, and feel proud of what you can achieve in everyday life.

Community

We support you to take part in activities that help you feel connected, active, and involved in your community. This might include enjoying hobbies, attending local groups, focusing on your health and wellbeing, or spending time with friends.

Whether you’re building new friendships or maintaining existing ones, we support you to feel confident, included, and supported to enjoy meaningful social connections and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Staying up to date

We believe that high-quality support starts with well-trained, confident staff. Our team receives ongoing training to ensure support is safe, respectful, and centred around the people we support.

Training is tailored to the needs of the individuals we work with and is regularly reviewed to reflect best practice, learning, and changes in support needs. This helps ensure staff feel prepared, supported, and confident in their roles.

Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training

All staff complete Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, which helps improve understanding, communication, and the quality of support provided to people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

This training is co-produced and focuses on listening to lived experiences, recognising individual needs, and providing care that is respectful, person-centred, and inclusive. It supports our commitment to ensuring people feel understood, valued, and supported in a way that works for them.
